HYDERABAD, INDIA – In a progressive step towards student well-being, teachers from Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society (TGSWREIS) will undergo specialized training in mental health awareness. The initiative aims to equip educators with essential skills to help students navigate anxiety, depression, and emotional challenges.
The two-day workshop will be conducted in two batches at the MCR HRD Institute on March 17 and March 19. The sessions will be led by Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) trainer Mohammed Rafi from Magic of Change, a platform focused on personal development and psychological well-being.
With rising concerns over student mental health, this initiative underscores the importance of teacher intervention in early emotional distress. By training educators in psychological resilience techniques, the program hopes to foster a supportive and mentally healthy learning environment in Gurukul schools across the state.
