Bowling Green, Ohio — The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Wood County is set to host its annual fall fundraising event, AfterBurn, on October 4 at the Wood County Fairgrounds, located at 13800 W. Poe Rd.
Scheduled from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., this free, family-friendly gathering will offer a variety of activities, including a trunk or treat, games, a chili cook-off, and a celebration of recovery. The event is designed to promote awareness of mental health issues and foster community support.
This initiative reflects NAMI Wood County’s ongoing commitment to addressing mental health challenges and supporting those in need.
