Sullivan Street Partners, a mid-market buyout specialist, has acquired UKAT, a leading provider of residential addiction treatment services in the UK. UKAT operates over 200 beds across eight facilities, offering comprehensive care and rehabilitation for alcoholism, substance abuse, and other behavioral health conditions.
The acquisition by Sullivan Street Partners aims to address UKAT’s ownership challenges and bolster its mission to deliver top-tier treatment and outcomes for its patients. Sullivan Street Partners plans to provide both capital and strategic guidance to support UKAT’s expansion and enhancement of services.
