CHICAGO — Chicago’s South Side will soon benefit from expanded healthcare services with the opening of the new CCH Bronzeville Health Center.
Cook County Health officials announced on Wednesday that the center, located at 467 E 31st Street, will provide a range of services including family medicine, behavioral health, and rehabilitation.
The new facility, expected to open in early 2025, will be anchored by the historic Provident Hospital. It will serve all Cook County residents, ensuring access to care regardless of their ability to pay.
This initiative marks a significant step towards improving healthcare accessibility and addressing mental health needs in the Bronzeville community.
