GOSHEN, Ind. (WNDU) – The City of Goshen has unveiled a new crisis response vehicle aimed at assisting individuals in mental health crises.
Thanks to a collaborative effort between Label Logic, Borden, and Goshen Health, the vehicle has been funded and equipped for immediate use.
The vehicle will support Goshen’s behavioral health response unit, a development met with enthusiasm by the unit’s members.
Over the past three years, the Goshen Police Department has responded to and assisted nearly 300 individuals experiencing mental health crises, underscoring the vehicle’s significance to the department’s operations.
