Michelle Baass, the director of the California Department of Health Care Services, discussed statewide programs available to Medi-Cal members, highlighting a streamlined approach to enrollment and a new No Wrong Door for Mental Health Services Policy.
The event featured remarks by Dr. Timothy McDonald, Dr. Takashi Wada, and a panel discussion moderated by Amrita Rai, addressing various aspects of mental health care.
Dr. Kenneth Paul Rosenberg, known for his work on America’s mental health crisis, participated in the panel discussion.
