1. Dimension 1: Introversion (I) – Extroversion (E)

2. Dimension 2: Sensation (S) – Intuition (N)
In the face of the same scene and problem, the attention and information acquisition channels of sensory talents and intuitive talents are different. The sensory personality pays more attention to the things themselves, pays attention to details, is good at memory, and can clearly record a large amount of data. Concepts, definitions, and tasks will be handled in accordance with regulations.
Intuitive personality pays more attention to the “sixth sense”, is good at analyzing the development trend of things through fragmentary information, likes to follow the feeling, is good at breaking through and showing, and is easy to fail and start over.
3. Dimension 3: Thinking (T) – Emotion (F)
From the perspective of decision-making, the thinking personality is more rational than the emotional personality.
Emotional personality prefers to start from self-worth and make decisions that they think are right, while thinking personality focuses more on the analysis of objective things, insists on treating people equally, will not be easily influenced by emotions, and will not pay attention to the aftermath of the decision when making a decision human emotional experience. Compared with the thinking personality, the emotional personality is more humane.
4. Dimension 4: Judgment (J) – Understanding (P)
From the perspective of lifestyle, at work, some people’s desktops are relatively clean and their office supplies are arranged in an orderly manner, while others are disorganized.
The former is a typical judging personality. They are more purposeful and like a planned and orderly work and lifestyle, while the understanding personality prefers a free-wheeling lifestyle. They are more open-minded, but easy indecisive.
