KENNEWICK, Wash. – March 19, 2025 – Lutheran Community Services Northwest (LCSNW) of the Tri-Cities will host its annual Holding Hope benefit on Friday, May 16, at Terra Blanca Winery and Estate Vineyard. The event aims to raise both awareness and funds to support mental and behavioral health services for youth in Benton and Franklin Counties.
Sharon Gentry, District Director of LCSNW, emphasized the critical role the organization plays in assisting families and youth during times of crisis. “When families and youth enter our programs, it’s often during a very difficult time when things seem hopeless. That’s where we come in,” she said. “We have incredibly passionate staff who use a strengths-based, team approach to work alongside youth and families. We ‘hold hope’ for families until they can see it for themselves again. That’s what this fundraiser supports.”
The Holding Hope event will help ensure continued access to vital mental health services for local youth, promoting well-being and support during challenging times.
